It is a major supply chain, research, design, marketing problem that Europe is facing. EPM has the raw materials, but you got to wonder how "critical" the EU supply chain situation is if there doesn't seem to be any action at the ground level or ink to paper.
As the video states the market share of European prestige vehicles is getting completely hallowed out.
