IMO...producing this type announcement and basically laying out all options on the table like in this announcement.

I believe the Directors will Not do any Capital Raising at these levels. ( because the Directors would've just done the Capital Raising, without this type of detailed explanation announcement )
I believe the Directors will proceed with the stimulation of Jesse- 1 or Jesse-2, it is the most obvious way to go and create wealth and cash flow for GGE, to do the drilling on Jesse- 3 well .

Or... maybe look at debt financing once we have a cash flow Happening.

I believe we will soon have another follow up announcement saying stimulation will commence.
