Of course a sand mining company will have delays with EPA, yet you think this is due to gross mis-management. Now you think there is a cap raise. So what... if we need to raise to build an income generating asset. Who cares! SOI are good for a company at this stage in my opinion. Delays have caused this not management blowing finances
