You'll get to vote at the AGM. If you and other proxy voters get 51% of the vote ,then CMO will be on the lookout for more talent. It's as easy as that. I doubt you'd find that support though for an "Overpsid" salary. Pretty standard stuff that was all voted for at the time CMO had It's ptospectus.
