Not to mention endless delays and additional expenditures negotiating around the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act which might become aggressively militant when The Voice vote doesn't get up. We aren't in a position to play a long game here and the waiting will enormously benefit those who would desire and benefit from a tax or levy to recognise the country upon which we stand. Sadly, mining is now in a very complicated and emotional 'squirrel grip' and anyone who has done wrestllng will know how painful that can be.
