one of the projects is on private land and thus doesn't need the EPA approvals on the pathway to production is not long at all
so hopefully well before your demise - they are doing water test availability soon if not now and are keen on progressing this quickly
The value add is where the big bucks are that significantly transform the NPV on these projects and that is what i think PM sees that perhpas the market doesn't
