received un update from a broker which included the following.Marketing underway with multiple GSAs
· Finalisation of a GasSales Agreement (GSA) with CleanCo is imminent; current contract prices for gasare A$12-15/GJ depending on duration (Petra long term assumption A$12/GJ).
· Orica MOU expected totransition into a GSA; we expect offtake together with a prepayment forpotentially $20-30m of development capital upfront.
COI will be exempt from the Government’sMandatory Gas Code due to producing less than 100PJ per annum. Hence, COI willnot be subject to price caps
