It's a moot talking Qpm. QPM won't be able to pinch that money from QPME, likewise even when QPME is first generating EBITDA that cashflow will need to get reinvested back into QPME.
All these number crunches thinking the $80mil from Dyno or the $30mil from the acquisition somehow Qpm is going to be able to use these funds for DFS have no idea.
Absolutely delusional and disconnected from reality which explains why some of them are so confused.
