QPME is a seperate entity which is going to have its own expenses. Not sure why others in here think you can rob Peter to pay Paul.
Maybe long term down the track if / when QPME is stable and generating profits the company can look at passing those rewards back up stream.
However, IMO that is highly unlikely to happen upon acquisition.
Tbh management needs to get back in touch with communicating it's vision better imo
