I think @MtnMusic in his post above was suggesting perhaps that QPM could offer up other securities to meet those environmental/rehabilititation obligation and so use the $25M. It's worth raising directly with QPM if you feel nervous. Personally I have confidence any CR can wait until FID at a much higher share price than 10c!
