1. Attractive debt finance package-
Government backed financiers
Commercial banks
2. QLD govt investment support to help achieve FID.
This could possibly be hinting at minimal dilution (mainly to accomodate the new and old partners), which could IMO be a good thing for the existing shareholders and the SP.
