I think you'll find that some millions of those costs were incurred in the March qtr as cash would have been very tight in March and they didn't get the proceeds from the placement until the last day or two of March so I expect there would have been commissioning contractors that hadn't been paid for that month until April but next quarter's cash flow figures should tell us the story as well as the amount still in payables at 30Jun that'll be disclosed when we get the Annual Financial Statements late Sept.
