What dont people understand about them not being able to just fire everyone and have very minimal staff to save money? Thats what Zinjin wants, then all it has to do is create a case that AVZ cannot afford to be in control of the mine, AVZ cannot stop being a proper normal company who still own the rights, they need to keep working and drilling so that they can show that they are more then capable of running the show.
