What type of cryptic message is this? What do you mean by "a court case may not be on the cards". Not sure if you have read the ASX releases, but, there are at least 2 cases officially "on the cards" right now. Are you saying that those court cases are a fabrication? If you are going to imply that you know something that the majority of us shareholders don't, just say it. We do not need anymore people giving winks, nods, whispers, and innuendos.
