I'm not sure a triggering of options which are soon expiring are treated in the same way as an on-market purchase would be.
Also, I'm sure SYA management would justify this by acknowledging that they've acknowledged near terms announcements relating to finalisation of an offtake agreement + shipping plans to the public for months now.
