Are you sure he said that? Others have said he was saying "we should know by the end of the week" (in regard to who the buyer was) and he was saying this to Dougal who affirmed it.
Sayona is obligated to release a copy of the EGM to the public. To refuse to do so is egregious, and has got to be a violation of ASIC rules.
