Waste Dumps being screened doesn't necessarily mean they are "processed", just means that is the total input they will run. So 25% recovery is likely wrong. With their language of "building to" and "to date" I think it means recovery rates have been building to 1.8g by the time the report was written, which is after the June quarter and they likely still have the June quarter material running through right now.
This quarterly will likely save the company as it shows they have a source of gold, with enough grade to probably keep them afloat for the next few quarters. The lack of revenue this quarter is already factored in to stock price IMO as most people are aware that mining/processing/hauling occurs a fronting of costs before money is made.
Other positive news is that within a month or two we will likely have an update on this iron sands EPA stuff, which could be a big boost for the stock price if positive.
