A year ago staff costs were 499k for the YTD salary and wages, and a year before that it was 414k (reading the July quarterly). This year it's 1.9m - what is behind this huge blow out?

It's alarming that they only had enough funding for 0.9 quarters without the cap raise, as I wonder who is going to participate in the next one if they don't make some massive changes. It seems like investor sentiment is shot. Perhaps they will do a share consolidation to reduce the SOI and make the SP not look so dreadful.

I used to hold AZL back when it was HWK, but sold out because I was wary of the issues with BLM, that was back in 2021. I missed the gains and the losses. Overall I don't think Paul Lloyd is trustworthy, but I hope for the sake of the holders I am wrong.
