Paying staff (themselves) to the tune of 200K/month. They've got 9 weeks of funding left, if they can't raise the $45M they're basically done and dusted. Even if they manage to raise it, some of what they're planning to spend it on seems like fluff or of questionable value - twice as much on marketing and promotion (!) as actual exploration at Carachi (!!)
