About a superconductor LK-99, from my understanding, peers reviews with a supplied recipe are currently underway in many countries such as USA, China, Russia, Australia, France, England, India, etc. It looks some in USA, China and Russia have produced materials partially working but no anyone or organization has produced a superconductor. A superconductor has Meissner effect(the expulsion of a magnetic field from a superconductor; so it can be levitating over magnetic) with quantum locking and zero electrical resistance.
It seems supplied making recipe's variables are too wide and many so it looks not very easy to make it.
From my understanding, it looks a self claimed superconductor LK-99 (by Quantum Energy Research Centre in Seoul) has seemingly reached zero(0) electrical resistance definitely by their own test but by a certain reason(s) its Meissner effect is not working 100% due to its impurity or unknown reasons. So, they(QERC) might put it on ArXiv site even it was not completely finished work in order to borrow world collaborative intelligence to make it 100% perfect superconductor.
