Don't think it's shorting, rather someone driving the price down so they can purchase quantity. Otherwise buying even 100k of shares would normally push the SP up 50%.
I could be wrong, but definitely the way I'm reading it and not cause for concern.
The big question is at what point will they have enough shares? $1? 90c?
