based on past performance / current performance regardless of the breadcrumbs (which seem to have a bit of merit) it wound seem at face value , based on activity reported to the market / share price history , that the full time MD earning a decent clip from shareholders and directors are under delivering in a big way . If this is questioned i ask you to look at the companies bank balance / share price. The MD has not delivered and question his ability to do so , any chance a new substantial holder will show him the door as well as the other directors ? Time to get on with it and stop draining the companies bank account to pay the MD and directors who have delivered FA ?
