Perhaps you would be best answered by speaking to management or attending the AGM.
I agree with a previous comment by you that implied the importance of voting....surprisingly few do that but it's far more important than complaining on social media.
My view....I don't see their salaries/ fees as being excessive compared to the other explorers. What are they doing with their time?....ask them.
Again, I take a different view, looking forward, rather than the rear view mirror.
If things don't pan out as I believe/ speculate, then I'll simply change buses. The timetable of buses is extensive, they're leaving all the time. There no point complaining about getting a bad seat while other buses are empty
