Hall is a geologist. Some geos as either a CEO or MD do a good job while others don't. I do not know Mr Hall, but given his backgro AUR has a geolound and qualifications I could not accept him as MD. I am not quite sure if he should remain as a Director either, given that he was Fotios' nominee via Investment Ltd.
Noted re Hall still a D of HOR.
I think that Mike H is doing a decent job. He has the right experience for a job like his. AUR has Matt Svenson as its in-house geologist. You don't need another one. Hall is there in support, as would be the good geos at OmniGeox as independent contractors if needed.
These remunerations are pretty low imo in comparison with other micro explorers. MH has put his money in big-time too as a shareholder. Not-good news coming? I would be surprised if that were to occur.
