on hendriks - willing to give him a little bit more time to prove himself running this company , its a positive that he bought on market - and was willing to take a a salary haircut as the share price and bank balance was reducing - agreed this is not a material salary - but there has been enough time now for the company to start delivering for shareholders and the facts are they have not . if he provides a clear strategy , delivers actions and starts delivering value for shareholders then i will be the first to support additional rem and incentives for mgmt - but as it stands he and mgmt are failing shareholders on all fronts.
