What do you take that to mean?
Discrete asset sale versus full divestment!
Discrete = constituting a separate entity, consisting of distinct or unconnected elements, or taking on or having a finite or countably infinite number of values.
It is also used in geology, so I suppose that the author was inclined to say 'discrete' instead of 'separate'.
Does it mean that SFR will just sell the plant and equipment and keep the tenements? I think so. The mention of rehabilitation supports that. If so, then the plant would be dismantled and taken somewhere else.
