I love a good plan view image too. Here is a very approx one i made up. I do quite a but of prospecting around central vic, and this is from my qgis database i made. Everything is based off the long section they released and the old workings from the gov data set (yellow crosses). Note the decline position is super approx. the delcline goes south and thats about all i can tell from the long section.
