For the record I think you're spot on with your position. A PFS was always required for the mining licence so why the bait and switch from a scoping study at the eleventh hour.
They could have been working to get the PFS completed by this quarter which would have aligned with the completion of the environmental assessments.
Time is money. The longer these processes take the higher the risk profile of coups, global events impacting the SP not to mention the dilution of existing holders.
