    Whats the deal with these related party transactions? $130k going to directors on top of their remuneration? Why? "Current fees paid to directors"? Fees for what? Their child's school tuition? Groceries?

    Are there any savvy investors or accountants here who can confirm related party transactions are on top of remuneration? Anyone a buddy of Matthew Bowels who can confirm what the fees are for?
