Prior to this report I considered PNR the best of the worst, better than CAI at least. The difference bring location, grade, endowment and historic production.
I'm at a loss figuratively on why management are not making this work.
Maybe the assets are playing a role here, but it could also be the contractor and the management contributing to what can be described as a total cluster faaark.
