Overall good report, inline with what I expecting, although the costs were higher than the $1100/T I was hoping. Hopefully this will come down, as 50% of our production expenses were due to plant and equipment.
Only issues are:
- Confirmation sales to our JV partner are likely at cost, with marginal upside
- 30% production downgrade from 226,000t down to ~150,000T
This production downgrade is going to place even greater pressure on moving downstream, as it likely provides PLL 75% of production at cost value...
