Could you please point out where it says PLL haven't been paying their share? I can see nothing to suggest that they are behind on payments. In fact, if one were to assume that from reading this report, then SYA would also be behind on payments to the JV

No equity cash contributions from either partner to NAL since end of June - that includes SYA. Reading the report it appears there was no need for an equity call. At June 30th, PLL were up to date on payments.

There is also nothing to suggest that PLL didn't pay for their offtake Spodumene.

On a separate topic, I assume PLL still have around 27k dmt this calendar year under their OTA. That doesn't leave a whole lot else for other JV shipments. The guidance downgrade was massive but to be expected at that operation. I will say it was an artful way of downgrading previous guidance.

FOB cash costs of approx USD780dmt leave very little room for any operating profit under the PLL OTA (max assumed USD825dmt FOB for SC5.5 - not sure how or if the DAP North Carolina terms have been reconciled). On an AISC basis I would suggest it is at a loss.
