Andrew Muir is an excellent and capable choice as the new Managing Director and it is refreshing to see youth and vigor returning to the Sipa board. Lynda left the company in excellent shape, with some visionary projects and some excellent joint ventures, but little has been made of this potential since she left. So it is good to see the dead wood finally being culled and room made for new growth.
