    I seen on another thread (not TAR related) that Lowell Resources have a largeish position here and looks like it's a new one for them. 16million Shares dated last month so wouldn't be in any of the released top 20s yet.

    Anyone know if that's correct or it is a historic position? what do they normally appear as on T20 lists?
