in previous bear markets these type of zombie companies became valued at cash less the quarter ahead of expenditure (or sometimes even lower). So less than cash ( maybe a lot lower if the directors are sucking out the remaining cash balance ). So I wouldn’t use cash as a floor. Everyday that goes by the bank account is lower and markets are forward looking
