Yeah I'm not so sure !!
If America needed the Cesium so bad then Namibia would be funded and P1 or P2 would be being built somewhere in the land and the Stars and Stripes so the government and military could guarantee supply !!!!
Any deals with china IMO would just be a big nail nail in our coffin !!!
Also what is the minimum percentage concentrate the Namibian government will allow to be exported
