I would largely agree with your post.
Waratah has been selling other asx listed stocks (another 1 i own different to the 1 you hold) to jump into this stock by the looks of things.
By the looks of the comments, it should be a good agm coming up.
Retail holders may have the balance of power.
I haven't bought this stock yet, every thing looks good from what i can tell, apart from the board changes.
Good luck to all the holders here, i hope you guys show them whos boss at the agm.
