The neon sign advertising the projects desirability was our ability to retain 40% (rather than say 20) and to be significantly part funded for the development of that holding within the deal. Perhaps we could have done 20% and be free carried, but Chris and the team clearly want to be exposed to the highest % possible. My impression is also that FID will be a "Go Go Go" and they are diligently working on the last 2 requirements.
