I don’t agree as approximately half the capex/borrowing requirement makes financing significantly easier for a lower cost project. Also, there is a massive difference in a company with a $60m market cap raising $50m from shareholders compared to a company with a $15m market cap trying to do the same.
The damage done to the BML brand, which is significant, and the resulting low market capitalisation, has really limited the opportunities of the company going forward. That is why I believe BML needs a new CEO to restore confidence and the share price with it.
