    You cant ask much more than that. 74K for a qtr of mgt salaries/fees is pretty low as it is, but set to reduce further over the next 6 months.

    Its not really that consequential in the scheme of things but it is a good gesture, and shows they are trying to understand and respond to SH sentiment.
