Trading volume is consistently in the millions of shares daily, with flat SP.
I wouldn't be surprised on more significant news(Mining lease, favourable DFS, and favourable business decision to proceed to mining & finance- because that is all that's pretty much left), that these is a sudden consolidation of shareholders and emergence of a major shareholding(s).
