Mate, I understand your concern but I think it is prudent to keep in mind that management are dealing with a unknown in relation to the price of Ag. The are in a position where they need to consider retaining as much shareholder value as possible by reducing the dilution that comes with funding. Also, the whole mining sector for startups is starved for cash at present. Management are really in a bind and they are no doubt stalling and hoping that financial(funding conditions) improve and that with luck the Ag price rises which flows through to boost the share price, thus meaning less dilution when the time comes. It is very much a waiting game at present, and likely only one the resolves with a significantly higher Ag price.
