The key is to buy low; but right now we don't what that low is; a month back we thought 25c is low then 20c and now 15c, who knows if it plummets further; it didn't make sense to fall down to 25c but it fell, it doesn't make sense for it to fall down to 10c but no one can say with confidence if it doesn't go down further.
