It's in Oregon and processing plant is in Nevada. Has a Basic Mine Operating permit so can be mined and transported 15km to processing in Nevada. Good luck expecting WA to let this Co mine. DYL is the only mine that will ever operate here and even by some very remote miracle and divine intervention you do get a mining permit; native title will decimate you. Your poor research skills shine through here. And what are those grades??? There's that much uranium in our ground water here.
