It's a good start getting that new ground but we both know how long GBR has held Wellington without doing anything with it. Unfortunately the wheels tend to turn too slowly.

I think there will have to be another deal in the wings before they rattle the tin, but not far off IMO. GBR circa 50% holding will come out of escrow very soon which should change the dynamics somewhat as it may have been a bit of a block.

CMO is a good clean company virtually trading at shell value but with a great asset at Mt Venn worth substantially more than what the market is attributing to it.

Only 59m shares on issue including 25m escrow so plenty of potential here.
