Who would have thunk 0.093 today

Good announcement out of VRX seems like Bruce liked my last post and pulled finger.

Would most likely be a miracle to have EPA approval by Xmas and in my dealings with Councils and Govt Depts MIRACLES DO HAPPEN

A decision by this Xmas might erase that other bit of fluff announcement about off takes a few Xmas's ago!!

Bruce might just be Father Xmas and surprise us all
