I'm aware what the ICT agreement is and the change. It is also positive this change was made in my view. The issue is that it wasn't announced at the time. As you know shareholders had to approve the original because of the related party issue and its likely shareholders need to approve this amendment if anyone cared to push the issue. What if they do another variation and change the ICT fee to 50% and slip that into a quarterly - still happy?
