i have been reliably informed that the ausco shareholding group are furious about all this. it has all the parameters for a Sunday evening expose, not only has the board in my opinion breached its directors duty obligations there are some fairly serious related party issues not to mention breaches of the mining act, and as i understand it both the ASX and ASIC have been made aware if this as far back as May 2023 and have done absolutely nothing about it .its hard to work out where the culpability lies with the board or with the regulators who have sat by and watched this all transpire and done nothing . As they say ignorance of the law is no defence and a failure to act bestows in itself significant culpability.,
