They have enough cash to prove the ISR works, heard plenty of positive whispers that it’s viable. And to get close to a resource estimate. They won’t have any trouble raising cash IMO. Price is down on very little volume as most holders wait for the game changing news. It went to high last year, classic spike on potential. Cobre will go the way of MOD and be bought out.
