The recent change of Government and newly installed Ministers in Mali, in a foreign jurisdiction where English

is not the first language, are all factors contributing to a complex process and to the challenges and timeframe

for these negotiations.



Are these twits simple or something? Why would they be trying to deal with the Malian government in English...?

Maybe pull your fingers out of ykw, and learn a bit of French while you sit on your rear ends 8000kms from Mali, being paid to do sfa. It's not like you have more important things to be doing.

They spend $1.6mil a quarter but can't employ a part time translator for less than $100k a year ($25k a quarter MAX)
